Who we are
The data controller for esportsjobs.quest is Fractional Quest Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, no. 17322105, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
Visitor identification (Snitcher)
We use Snitcher (snitcher.com) on every visit, whatever you answer the cookie notice.
It looks up your IP address to identify the organisation it belongs to (for example company name, website, industry, size and location) and records the pages viewed, time on site and how you arrived.
It does not tell us who you are personally.
If you choose Accept on the cookie notice, Snitcher also stores cookies and a persistent visitor identifier in your browser so return visits are linked; if you choose Reject, it stores none.
We use this to understand which organisations are interested in our services, and we may contact those organisations through normal business channels.
Snitcher acts as our processor.
Identifying the organisation rests on our legitimate interests in understanding business interest in our services (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)); the identifier stored after you accept rests on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
Other data
The site also loads Google Analytics to count visits and pages.
Your answer to the cookie notice is kept in your browser's local storage so you are not asked again.
If you create an account, book a call or email us, we hold what you give us in order to provide the service and reply.
Our hosting provider logs standard request data, such as IP address, browser and page, to run and secure the site.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it, including Snitcher's records.
