Minimum 2-3 years experience in esports coaching or competitive gaming Deep knowledge of specific game titles (League of Legends, Valorant, CS2, etc.) Experience as a high-level competitive player preferred Excellent communication and mentoring skills Ability to analyze gameplay and create improvement strategies Understanding of sports psychology and performance optimization Flexible schedule for tournaments and practice sessions Certification in coaching or sports science is a plus
